USDTIFY — Instant USDT/USDC-to-Cash Exchange — Last updated: October 23, 2025

All Users By registering, accessing, or using USDTIFY (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Definitions

  • User: Any individual using the Service to convert digital assets to cash or perform ATM withdrawals.
  • Agent: Authorized partner that verifies and pays cash upon valid voucher redemption.
  • Voucher: Digital proof of funds representing a confirmed USDT/USDC deposit, redeemable once.
  • Wallet: Blockchain wallet address assigned to each user for deposits.
  • USDTIFY Debit Card: Virtual or physical card-like balance within USDTIFY funded by vouchers or deposits, usable for payments and ATM withdrawals.
  • ATM: USDTIFY-compatible automated teller interface where Users can withdraw cash using QR-based intents (via Debit Card or Voucher).
  • ATM Merchant: Operator or owner of the ATM or cash-dispensing point receiving the full cash amount of the withdrawal.
  • Platform Operator: USDTIFY and its affiliates maintaining wallets, vouchers, cards, ATMs, and operations.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be 18+ and comply with local regulations regarding digital asset exchange and cash withdrawals.
  • Provide accurate identity and KYC information. False data may lead to permanent ban.
  • You are responsible for all actions under your account, wallet, vouchers, card, and ATM usage.

3) Service Description

  • Users send USDT/USDC (BEP20 or ERC20) to their assigned wallet.
  • After network confirmation, the equivalent cash value (minus applicable fees) is issued as a Voucher or credited to a USDTIFY Debit Card balance.
  • Vouchers may be redeemed at authorized Agents upon ID verification, subject to limits.
  • Users may perform cash withdrawals via USDTIFY-compatible ATMs by approving QR-based intents from their account or Debit Card screen.

4) Fees & Exchange Rates

  • Service fees are automatically deducted from the transferred USDT/USDC before issuing vouchers or card balance.
  • Separate ATM fees may apply to each withdrawal. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the User pays the ATM fee from their balance; the ATM Merchant receives the full cash amount.
  • Rates displayed are indicative; final rates depend on real-time blockchain confirmations and internal pricing.
  • Refunds for incorrect network deposits (non-BEP20/ERC20) are not possible.

5) KYC & Compliance

  • Government-issued ID verification is required for voucher redemption and may be requested for ATM withdrawals.
  • Information must match your registered KYC profile. Mismatched ID will require manual review and may delay or block payouts.
  • USDTIFY complies with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws and reserves the right to report suspicious activity or block transactions.

6) Vouchers & Redemption

  • Each voucher is unique, linked to a verified deposit, and generally non-transferable.
  • Agents verify the presented ID before releasing cash when redeeming vouchers.
  • Lost, shared, or expired vouchers will not be reissued once redeemed or cancelled according to policy.
  • Vouchers may have individual or aggregate limits per day, per User, or per jurisdiction.
  • Where supported, vouchers may be used as a funding source for the USDTIFY Debit Card or for ATM voucher-based withdrawals.

7) Prohibited Use

  • Do not use USDTIFY for illegal, fraudulent, or sanctioned activities.
  • No attempts to reverse, alter, or manipulate blockchain transactions.
  • Any attempt to redeem counterfeit, duplicated, tampered, or screen-captured vouchers and ATM QR codes is a criminal offense.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with ATM hardware or software, bypass security controls, or forge QR intents.

8) Service Availability & Changes

  • Service may pause for maintenance, network congestion, ATM cash replenishment, or legal obligations.
  • We may modify or discontinue features (including ATM functionality, limits, and locations) without prior notice to comply with law or improve security.
  • Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.

9) Liability & Disclaimers

  • All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • USDTIFY is not liable for losses due to network delays, blockchain errors, ATM hardware failure, connectivity issues, or user mistakes (including scanning the wrong QR code or entering the wrong amount).
  • Once cash is dispensed at an ATM or by an Agent, the underlying transaction is considered final and non-reversible, subject only to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the lesser of USD 100 or the total fees you paid in the past 3 months.

10) ATM Service (Withdrawals)

  • ATM withdrawals are only available in supported currencies, currently USD, and only at designated USDTIFY-compatible ATMs.
  • Per-transaction and daily limits apply. Unless communicated otherwise, a single withdrawal may not exceed USD 1,000.
  • Amounts must conform to the physical cash denominations supported by the ATM (e.g., 20 / 50 / 100 notes). Transactions that cannot be dispensed will be declined.
  • To initiate a withdrawal, you must:
    • Use the official USDTIFY Debit Card or Voucher interface to scan and approve the ATM QR intent, and
    • Enter any required PIN or authentication credentials.
  • ATM QR codes and intents are time-limited, single-use, and must not be shared, copied, or reused.
  • ATM fees, if applicable, are charged to the User, and the User authorizes USDTIFY to debit the withdrawal amount plus any applicable fee from their available balance.
  • The ATM Merchant receives the full cash amount of the withdrawal; no ATM fee is deducted from the Merchant’s payout except where explicitly agreed with the Merchant.
  • USDTIFY may temporarily block ATM access due to suspected fraud, security issues, or regulatory requirements.
  • Users must immediately report any suspected unauthorized ATM transactions to support. Investigation outcomes may depend on available logs, CCTV, and third-party cooperation.

11) Termination

  • We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, KYC failure, or policy violations, including misuse of vouchers, cards, or ATMs.
  • Users may close their accounts after completing all pending redemptions and withdrawals, subject to legal retention and reporting requirements.

12) Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
  • Any disputes shall be settled in the Courts of North Lebanon, Tripoli district, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

By using USDTIFY, including its voucher, card, and ATM services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
