USDTIFY — Instant USDT→Cash Help Center

FAQs & How-To Guide

Convert USDT to cash via on-chain deposit → instant Voucher → redeem at authorized Agents or ATMs.

At a glance

Do: Create account → Complete KYC → Send USDT (BEP20/ERC20) → Get Voucher or Card balance → Redeem at Agents or USDTIFY ATMs.

Don’t: Send from the wrong network, share your voucher, present mismatched ID, or scan random QR codes at ATMs.

Networks: BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) & Ethereum (ERC20). Other networks = funds lost.
ATM limits: USD-only, max $1,000 per withdrawal; fixed notes (20 / 50 / 100).
What is USDTIFY?

USDTIFY converts USDT you send to your personal on-platform wallet into either:

  • A single-use cash Voucher redeemable at authorized Agents, or
  • A funded USDTIFY Debit Card balance that you can withdraw from compatible ATMs.
How do I deposit?
  1. Open Wallet → copy your deposit address.
  2. Send USDT (BEP20 or ERC20) from your wallet/exchange.
  3. After confirmations, a Voucher or card balance is issued (minus fees).

Wrong network or tokens ≠ recoverable.

Which networks are supported?
  • BEP20 on BNB Smart Chain.
  • ERC20 on Ethereum.

TRON/Polygon/others not supported.

KYC & ID — what’s required?
  • Full name, DOB, address, government ID (+ selfie if prompted).
  • At Agent, presented ID must match your KYC profile.
  • Mismatches require manual review and may delay payout.
Fees & exchange rate
  • Platform fee is deducted from the deposit before issuing the Voucher or card balance.
  • Displayed rate is indicative; final cash value is set at issuance time.
  • Network gas fees are paid on your sending wallet/exchange.
Voucher basics
  • Single-use, tied to your user ID and deposit.
  • Share = risk. Anyone with the code could attempt redemption (ID still required).
  • Expired or already-used vouchers can’t be reused.
What is the USDTIFY ATM and how does it work?

The USDTIFY ATM lets you turn your on-platform balance into instant cash using a QR-based flow:

  1. On the ATM screen, choose Debit Card or Voucher tab.
  2. Enter or confirm the withdrawal amount (USD only, up to $1,000 per transaction).
  3. Tap Withdraw → a QR code is shown.
  4. Scan this QR with your USDTIFY wallet app / Debit Card screen to approve.
  5. Once approved, the ATM dispenses cash and your available balance is reduced.

The ATM keypad uses fixed notes (20 / 50 / 100) + a numeric pad. Only combinations the machine can physically dispense are accepted.

How do ATM withdrawals work with my USDTIFY Debit Card?
  1. Fund your USDTIFY Debit Card from a Voucher or directly from your on-platform balance.
  2. At the ATM interface, select Debit Card.
  3. Use the keypad or preset buttons ($20 / $50 / $100) to choose your amount.
  4. Tap Withdraw → a QR is generated containing the intent, amount, and currency.
  5. Open your Debit Card screen, tap ATM, and scan the QR.
  6. Enter your 4-digit PIN to approve. The ATM dispenses the cash.

The withdrawal amount is debited from your card plus the ATM fee (see fee FAQ below). The merchant/ATM operator receives the full cash amount, not the fee.

How do ATM withdrawals work with Vouchers?
  1. Make sure you already have an unused cash Voucher in your account.
  2. At the ATM interface, select the Voucher tab.
  3. You can either:
    • Type the Voucher code using the on-screen keyboard, or
    • Scan the Voucher QR from your phone using the ATM scanner, or
    • Scan the Voucher Bridge QR (on your phone) to auto-fill the code back into the ATM.
  4. The system checks the Voucher, locks it, and shows the cash amount.
  5. Confirm the withdrawal → ATM dispenses cash and marks the Voucher as used.

Vouchers have a maximum cash-out per code (typically $1,000). The ATM will refuse higher amounts or already-used/expired vouchers.

ATM limits & who pays the ATM fee?
  • Currency: USD only.
  • Per-transaction limit: up to $1,000 per ATM withdrawal.
  • Denominations: the keypad only accepts amounts the ATM can dispense using 20 / 50 / 100 notes.
  • Fee payer: the user (payer) pays the ATM fee from their balance. The ATM merchant receives the full cash amount with no fee deduction.

Example: if you withdraw $100 with a 1% ATM fee, you receive $100 cash, and your balance is debited $101 (cash + fee).

ATM errors & troubleshooting
  • “Amount not available”: adjust amount to a value the ATM can build from 20/50/100 notes.
  • “Maximum withdrawal limit is $1,000”: reduce the requested amount and try again.
  • QR scan fails: increase screen brightness, clean the camera, and hold steady; re-generate QR if needed.
  • Voucher not accepted: ensure you used the correct network for the deposit, the Voucher is still unused, and the amount does not exceed the ATM limit.
  • Session expired: the ATM UI auto-closes after inactivity for security; start a new session and re-initiate the withdrawal.
How to redeem at an Agent
  1. Visit an authorized Agent location.
  2. Present your Voucher + government ID.
  3. Agent verifies and pays the cash amount shown.

Some Agents may record an ID photo as part of compliance.

Limits & availability
  • Per-voucher and daily limits may apply by Agent or region.
  • High amounts may require enhanced checks or scheduling.
  • Service hours depend on Agent opening times and ATM availability.
Processing times
  • BEP20: usually faster, fewer confirmations.
  • ERC20: slower during congestion.
  • Voucher or card balance issues after required confirmations are detected.
Troubleshooting
  • Deposit not showing: verify network (BEP20/ERC20), address, and confirmations; check tx hash.
  • Voucher invalid: confirm code exactly; ensure not redeemed/expired; check your account email.
  • ID mismatch: update KYC if instructed; bring the same ID used in KYC.
Can I cancel or refund?

On-chain transfers are final. Wrong-network or wrong-token deposits are not recoverable. Unused vouchers may be voided only if law/policy allows. Successful ATM withdrawals cannot be reversed once cash is dispensed.

Safety & compliance
  • USDTIFY monitors transactions for AML red flags.
